Do I need to know any Portuguese to start? +
Not at all! Many of my students start from zero. I'll tailor the pace and content to your level — whether you're a complete beginner or already conversational. Learn more about beginner lessons →
What happens in a typical lesson? +
Each 50-minute session is built around your goals. We might work through conversation practice, grammar exercises, cultural deep-dives, or exam prep — whatever moves you forward. I bring structured materials but keep things flexible.
How does scheduling work? +
After payment, you'll pick a time on my calendar that works for you. Lessons happen over Google Meet. Monthly and intensive students book one lesson at a time and can choose different days each week.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule? +
Life happens! Just let me know at least 24 hours before your lesson and we'll reschedule — no penalty. Late cancellations count as a used lesson.
What's your refund policy? +
Your first lesson is completely risk-free — think of it as a trial. If you're not happy with it, contact me and I'll refund it in full, no questions asked. After the first lesson, sessions and packages are non-refundable.
What do I need for lessons? +
Just a computer or tablet with a camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection. I handle the rest — materials, exercises, and lesson plans are all included.
